Kikiscollective only offers exchanges within 3days after receiving the piece if the size doesn't fit. 

For returns please send me a message on Instagram or email.

All postage fees will be covered by the buyer, so please make sure you double-check your size on the size chart.

Damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives with damaged or faulty items, please contact;

within 3 days of receiving the package. In the email please provide;

order number, name, photo of damaged/ faulty product.

If you do see fault or damage please do not wash/wear the swimwear and ensure that all the labels and hygiene stickers are still attached. faulty/damaged items can be returned for a store credit.
